La Cocora

Terrible service. Stopped by to get a tire replacement and they refused to give it to me. Above all, they wanted to force me to pay for a new one so I could give them more money. They were menacing and quite frankly, I was afraid of them. That is not how any business owner or staff should treat a customer. Whatever happened to being polite and respectful. Overpriced and disrespectful staff, will not be returning.

I needed urgent help on a Sunday and June came through with flying colors. Service was lighting fast and the cost was absolutely reasonable. Thank you thank you thank you, and I will call when I’m ready to sell my car.

I had a great experience at Cocora Tires. I had already passed by two other tire shops that didn’t have my tire size, so I was relieved when I pulled up here and was helped right away. While I was waiting, two other employees also came over to ask if I needed help, which really showed great customer service. I’ll admit I was a little nervous at first because I had seen some bad reviews, but my experience was the complete opposite. They got my tires put on quickly and professionally. As I was leaving, a gentleman even stopped traffic on the busy street so I could pull out safely, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service was fast, attentive, and professional. I’ll definitely be back soon to purchase my two front tires. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just because I’m a woman doesn’t mean you get to treat me like garbage. I went in to buy used tires for my Jeep Wrangler. After they tried the tires on my car, I decided not to move forward right away and said to my friend that we could check out other tire places since this was the first spot we went to. That’s when the guy I believe is the owner — the one who’s always talking to customers with a cigarette in his mouth — snapped and said, “Don’t disrespect my business by saying you’re going to better tire shops.” I never said better, I said other tire shops. I corrected him, and instead of letting it go, he doubled down, laughed at me, and started ridiculing me. Super disrespectful. As a customer, I’m allowed to weigh my options. That’s normal. And as a business owner, you should probably watch how you talk to people. I easily could’ve come back and bought the tires if I didn’t find something else, but because of that outburst, I definitely won’t be coming back. Ever. Do better.

Best tire shop in Jersey. Have a parking lot, fast service and honest people. Excellent prices. I’ve brought my car here plenty of times and they’re very professional people. I drive 40 minutes from Marlboro, NJ to get it fixed. Will be back.
